All instant quotes are estimates only and subject to final confirmation by DriveHer Transport.
Quoted prices may include booking fees, surcharges (such as weekend, night, or public holiday rates), tolls, and any selected extras.
All quotes are rounded up to the nearest $5 and are subject to a minimum fare of $120.
An after-hours surcharge applies for pickups between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
A $35 booking fee is required to secure all bookings.
An invoice for the booking fee will be sent via email, and payment must be made before the booking is confirmed.
Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been successfully paid.
If the booking fee is not paid within the requested time frame, DriveHer Transport reserves the right to release the booking and make the time slot available to other customers.
The booking fee forms part of the total trip fare and will be deducted from the final amount payable.
The remaining balance of the fare is payable on the day of the trip.
Accepted payment methods for the final fare include:
• Cash
• Bank Transfer
• Approved invoicing for corporate and NDIS clients
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a refund of the booking fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup may incur a cancellation fee equal to the booking fee.
Passengers who fail to attend the pickup location without notice (no-show) may be charged the full quoted fare.
Passengers must comply with all safety requirements during the journey.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
• Children must travel in an approved child seat or booster seat where required (available on request).
• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol consumption are not permitted in the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
A complimentary 5-minute grace period is provided at pickup.
After the first 5 minutes, a waiting fee of $1.50 per minute will apply until the journey commences.
Waiting time charges will be added to the final fare and are payable by the customer.
If a passenger soils or damages the vehicle interior (including spills, illness, excessive litter, or pet-related mess such as accidents, hair, or dirt), a cleaning fee between $80 and $150 may apply depending on the severity.
DriveHer Transport is not responsible for items left in vehicles.
If return delivery of a lost item is requested, the following fees apply:
• $25 handling fee plus $1.00 per km (return travel).
Alternatively, passengers may arrange collection at Penrith Police Station for a $10 meet-up fee.
DriveHer Transport will take all reasonable care to ensure safe and timely transport.
However, DriveHer Transport is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time for flights, appointments, or other commitments.
At DriveHer Transport, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both passengers and drivers.

This fee forms part of the total fare and will be deducted from the final trip cost.
The booking fee is refundable only if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
If a passenger cancels within 1 hour of pickup, a cancellation fee equal to the booking fee may still apply.
Passengers who fail to attend the pickup location without notice (no-show) may be charged the full quoted fare.
Waiting time charges ($1.50 per minute after the first 5 minutes) are non-refundable once incurred.
Cleaning fees ($80–$150) and lost item fees ($25 + $1/km return delivery or $10 meet-up fee) are non-refundable once charged.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking fee (via the secure SMS payment system).
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank.
