Quotes are rounded up to the nearest $5 and subject to a minimum fare of $25.
After-hours surcharge applies between 10:00pm and 5:00am.
A booking fee of $25 is required to secure your booking.
Payment can only be made via the secure link sent by SMS.
Bookings are not confirmed until the booking fee has been successfully paid.
The booking fee forms part of the total trip fare and will be deducted from the final amount payable.
If a booking is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the booking fee is refundable.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable.
The remaining balance of the fare is payable on the day of trip.
Accepted methods for the final fare include cash, card, or approved invoicing for corporate and NDIS clients.
Cancellations made within 1 hour of pickup may incur a cancellation fee equal to the booking fee.
No-shows may be charged the full quoted fare.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
Children must travel in an approved child or booster seat (available on request).
No smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is permitted in vehicles.
A complimentary 5-minute grace period is provided at pickup.
After the first 5 minutes, a waiting fee of $1.50 per minute will apply until the journey commences.
Waiting time charges will be added to the final fare and are payable by the customer.
Cleaning Fee: If a passenger soils or damages the vehicle interior (e.g. spills, illness, litter, or pet mess such as accidents, hair, or dirt), a cleaning fee will apply ranging from $80 to $150 depending on severity.
Left Item Fee:
If delivery of the item is required, a $25 handling fee plus $1.00 per km (return travel) will be charged.
Alternatively, passengers may request a meet-up at Penrith Police Station for a $10 fee.
DriveHer Transport will take all reasonable care to ensure safe and timely transport. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
At DriveHer Transport, we understand that plans may change. Our refund policy ensures fairness for both our passengers and drivers.
